NLP SINGAPORE – Turning Monday Blues into Monday Blues

Hi Friends

If you are reading this message, it’s the 2nd Monday for Year 2010. In case you have Monday Blues, that’s right, you really have. When you stepped out of your house to work in the morning, the sky will be clear and blue with probably some clouds that resemble some familiar objects. If you recalled the last time you have been to a beautiful beach, the sea will be blue, crystal clear blue with schools of colourful marine fishes. You could probably hear a flock of seagulls calling out for each other.

If you want to be motivated on every Monday, ask yourself these few questions:
1) “What is the highest purpose that drives you what you are going to do today?”
2) What you are going to do today, you are doing “For whom?” and “For what?”
If you have found an answer that motivates you, good for you. If not, keep searching. What Monday ‘Blues’ you have will be determined by the answers that you get.

We are going to have a great Monday because we choose to. We all have a choice. That makes us human.

Let me dedicate a song for you to start your week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q40AIqGsHRE&feature=channel.

“You see, it’s never the environment; it’s never the events of our lives, but the meaning we attach to the events – how we interpret them – that shapes who we are today and who we’ll become tomorrow.” Anthony Robbhins.

Cheers!
